Just came back home from watching Letters To Juliette with my Mum and Gran at the cinema, and i held my Gran's hand while we watched, and put my arm round her neck as we walked back to the car afterward. And she told me that I shouldn't throw my youth, myself or my heart away and kissed my mum and i good night. I'm told that I'm too eager to please others sometimes. Maybe I've inherited that trait from both my Gran and Mum. Don't all mothers live for their families in the end? Some people are too passive, or too aggressive. Trying to strike the balance between the two and just be 'assertive' can be hard. Especially if the person/people you are dealing with refuses to change the perspective they're seeing you from.
The weather's getting hot now. And it was raining earlier on...in June? wtf.
Something about electricity...or solar storms.
This was a very special evening and I think I've matured slightly today.
Tomorrow is a new day. Going to take things as they come and do what i love best. Paint. And make music. And write. And I'm going to have the BEST summer yet. So let me do my thing for once.
